Komeri Co.,Ltd. (TSE:8218) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 600,000 shares, representing 1.24% of its share capital, for ¥2,000 million. The program is aimed at improving capital efficiency, to implement flexible capital policies in response to changes in the business environment.
The program will expire on July 19, 2024. As of March 31, 2024, the company had 48,403,448 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 6,005,720 shares in treasury.

The Company is engaged in the sale of hardware, tools and construction materials, as well as the green products such as horticulture, plants and agricultural materials.
