Kotipizza Group Oyj Appoints Msc Econ Heidi Stirkkinen as Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Executive Board

MSc Econ Heidi Stirkkinen has been appointed as the Kotipizza Group's Chief Operating Officer and member of the Kotipizza Executive Board. Stirkkinen has previously worked as Country Manager for Groupe SEB Finland that represents the brands OBH Nordica and Tefal, as well as the Iittala Group's Retail Concept and Operative Director. Stirkkinen will start in her new position by 4 October 2017.

Kotipizza Group Oy is a Finland-based company active in restaurant chain business. It comprises three units: Kotipizza Oyj, which manages the Kotipizza restaurant chain, procurement and logistics company Helsinki Foodstock Oy and The Social Burger Joint Oy, which manages the Social Burgerjoint restaurant community. The Kotipizza chain includes more than 300 restaurants, all of which operate as independent companies on the franchise principle. The chain has about 280 franchisees. Kotipizza is the biggest pizza chain in Finland and the entire Nordic region and one of Finland's known restaurant brands. Social Burgerjoint has eight restaurants in Finland.
