CONFLICT MINERALS STATEMENT

BACKGROUND

Sourcing of conflict minerals in the Democratic Republic of Congo region, has caused an emergency humanitarian crisis due to the exploitation and trade by armed groups which help to finance this conflict in the DRC region. Because of this crisis, the US and EU have enacted laws which require companies to disclose their use of conflict minerals if those minerals are "necessary to the functionality or production of a product."

MARAVAI AND AFFILIATES

Products manufactured by Maravai or any of its portfolio companies, do NOT contain

or use 3TG minerals, specifically tantalum, tin, tungsten, or gold. Maravai is not aware of any conflict minerals being sourced from the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries in our supply chain. These conclusions are based on a comprehensive internal analysis of our sourcing, product development and manufacturing operations.

Maravai condemns violence and human rights violations in the mining of conflict

minerals. We will continue to monitor our supply chain and evaluate our

manufacturing processes to ensure compliance.
