Mazda's policy regarding the stock dividend is to determine the amount of dividend payments, taking into account current fiscal year's

financial results, business environment, and financial condition, etc. Based on the consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended

March 31, 2024, which we announced today, we have decided to pay a year-end dividend of 35 yen per share, including an increase of 5 yen

per share and a special dividend of 5 yen per share, to thank our shareholders for their support, as net income for the fiscal year reached high.

As a result, the annual dividend per share will be 60 yen, including the interim dividend of 25 yen per share.
