MEDICA, leading provider of long- and short-term dependency care, today announces the availability of the update of its 2012 Registration Document filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers ("AMF") Wednesday, February 5, 2014 under No. D.13-0383-A01 and the provision of the information document relating to the merger between MEDICA and KORIAN under Article 212-4 3° of the General Regulations of the AMF and registered by the AMF Wednesday, February 5, 2014 under No. E.14-003 .
