MEGABANK, PJSC encourages its customers to be cautious, because cases of fraud with payment cards have increased recently.

In particular, it was said in appeal of the bank to customers: 'We draw your attention to the fact that today there is a large number of swindlers who call the bank's customers and introduce themselves as employees of the security service for receiving the data on payment cards for the purpose of transferring funds via the Internet. In this regard, MEGABANK informs that its staff never asks confidential information about the customer's personal data and payment card over the phone (number, expiration date, CVV-code).

We draw your attention to the fact that you should never tell anybody your payment card data over the phone. In case of disclosure of confidential information call on the hot line of MEGABANK (0800-50-44-00, 057-715-52-52) in order to lock a card'.
