Micropole, an international consulting and innovative technologies Group, specialized in Data & Digital Experience, announces the arrival of Muriel Huriot as Director of Transformation and Customer Experience, accentuating its positioning on Added Value and the attainment of its growth and profitability objectives.

With 14 years' experience in the definition and implementation of transformation programs for major international service and industrial groups, Muriel Huriot joins the Management Committee of Micropole as Director of Transformation and Customer Experience.

A graduate of both the Ecole des Ponts and Stanford in Design Thinking, and holder of a Masters in Management from the University of Paris-V, Muriel Huriot spent 12 years developing the consulting business within strategy and management firms (BearingPoint, Altedia). She then went on to take more operational roles as an in-company Transformation Success Manager.

Muriel Huriot's mission will be to contribute to the development of the Micropole strategic plan so as to implement a client-centric, sustainable organization and to strengthen the evolution of a customer culture throughout the Group as a whole.

Muriel Huriot will act as a catalyst in the co-construction of the enterprise, its customers and its partners within Micropole.

This also strengthens the differentiating positioning of Micropole, to accelerate the deployment of its strategy and objectives for growth and profitability.
