Barueri, May 2, 2017 - MULTIPLUS (BM&FBOVESPA: MPLU3) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, at a meeting held on this day, the Company's Board of Directors resolved, subject to approval by the next Annual Shareholders' Meeting, to approve the distribution of dividends and interest on equity, as follows:

1. Distribution of interim dividends, totaling one hundred and twenty-one million, four hundred and fifteen thousand, six hundred and twenty-seven reais and ninety-six centavos (R$121,415,627.96), corresponding to R$0.74893103 per share, and interest on equity totaling six million, four hundred and thirty-four thousand, four hundred and seventy-four reais and twenty-four centavos (R$6,434,474.24), corresponding to R$0.03968993 per share, or five million, three hundred and six thousand, two hundred and thirty-eight reais and sixty-five centavos (R$5,306,238.65), net of withholding income tax, corresponding to R$0.03273060 per share, except for shareholders proven to be exempt.

2. Payments will be made as of June 20, 2017, without any additional compensation, and will benefit shareholders registered with the depositary financial institution of the Company's shares on May 5, 2017. The Company's shares will be traded on the São Stock Exchange ex-dividend and ex-interest on equity as of May 8, 2017, inclusive.

3. The shareholders whose shares are held in custody will have their amounts available in accordance with the procedures adopted by the Stock Exchanges.

4. For shareholders whose registration contains neither their Individual/Corporate Taxpayer's ID number nor details of their bank, branch and account numbers, payments will be made as of the third business day after the date of updating their banking information with Banco Itaú S.A., which can be made through any branch network or via mail addressed to Banco Itaú S.A. - Diretoria de Serviços para o Mercado de Capitais - Gerência de Operações/Unidade de Ações e Debêntures, located at Avenida Engenheiro Armando de Arruda Pereira, 707 - São Paulo/SP - CEP 04344-902.
