The Supervisory Board of NIBC Bank N.V. has accepted and respects the decision of Jeroen van Hessen to step down and resign from his position as member of the Managing Board of NIBC Holding N.V. and NIBC Bank N.V., as per 26 May 2012. Jeroen van Hessen joined NIBC in 1999, holding various senior management positions in structured finance and real estate markets and as country manager for Germany. He was appointed to the Managing Board in 2009, where he was responsible for Specialised Finance and Treasury. Latterly, he held responsibility for Consumer Banking and was co-responsible for Corporate Banking. Jeroen Drost will temporarily take over Jeroen van Hessen's responsibilities for Consumer Banking and Treasury, and Rob ten Heggeler will take over Jeroen van Hessen's co-responsibilities for Corporate Banking.
