NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of OMATEK VENTURES PLC. will hold on Fridaythe 26thday of April, 2024at 11: 00amprompt to discuss the following:

1. Review and Possible Approval of the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the 1st Quarter ended 31st March, 2024 (Q1 2024 UFS).
2. Update on the Business Status of the Company.
3. Other Items.

Consequently, the Company commenced its closed period from Monday, April 1, 2024, and this will remain in force till twenty- four (24) hours after the filing of the UFS at the Nigerian Exchange Limited.

All Insiders and related persons are duly informed and prohibited from trading in the Company's shares during this period.
