Bloom & Wild, a UK-headquartered online flower delivery and gifting platform that invented letterbox flowers, is using Oracle NetSuite to support its mission to make sending and receiving flowers a joy. With NetSuite, Bloom & Wild has been able to take advantage of an integrated business suite to automate and consolidate financial processes, gain a clearer view across its global operations, and support its rapidly expanding customer base.

Founded in London in 2013, Bloom & Wild has grown into a £120 million business that operates in eight countries, following recent acquisitions in France and the Netherlands of two further brands, bloomon and Bergamotte. As its operations scaled, its different local accounting tools struggled to keep pace and that made it increasingly difficult and inefficient for the Bloom & Wild team to gain a complete view of its business. To address these issues and gain the financial insights needed to support its plans for sustainable growth and profitability, Bloom & Wild selected NetSuite, including NetSuite OneWorld, as its global business management suite.

"We needed a fully integrated system that could grow with us and NetSuite is exactly that," said Sophia Meadows, VP of finance, Bloom & Wild. "With NetSuite, all our teams can work together using the same data to bring collaboration to the next level. The information we need is consolidated and available in real time, which helps us to make better, faster decisions to take our business forward."

With NetSuite, Bloom & Wild has a complete financial suite to consolidate, automate, and scale its multi-country financial operations. NetSuite has helped Bloom & Wild to streamline financial reporting, improve forecasting, and manage tax reporting requirements across its international subsidiaries. NetSuite has also helped Bloom & Wild gain a more accurate view into its cash flow, better manage intercompany reporting, and implement more robust internal controls. In addition to optimising its financial operations, Bloom & Wild has been able to increase the speed and accuracy of the movement, management, shipping, and fulfillment of its inventory by directly integrating its warehouse management system with NetSuite. NetSuite Customer Success supported Bloom & Wild with its implementation.

"Bloom & Wild has rapidly expanded its operations and is well positioned to take advantage of both the rise of direct-to-consumer commerce and the booming flower and gifting market," said Nicky Tozer, SVP, EMEA, Oracle NetSuite. "With NetSuite, the Bloom & Wild team has real-time visibility across its operations and a scalable platform to capitalise on these opportunities and support profitable growth."
