Osisko Mining Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of precious metal resource properties in Canada. It holds a 50% interest in the high-grade Windfall gold deposit located between Val-d'Or and Chibougamau in Quebec and holds a 50% interest in a large area of claims in the surrounding Urban Barry area and nearby Quevillon area (over 2,300 square kilometers). The Windfall property consists of over 286 individual claims covering an aggregate area of 12,523 hectares (ha). The Windfall project is located in the Abitibi greenstone belt, Urban Township, Eeyou Istchee James Bay, Quebec, Canada. The Urban Barry properties are located in the Urban Township, in Quebecâs Eeyou Istchee James Bay region, approximately 700 kilometers (km) north-northwest of Montreal, and 100 km east of Lebel-sur-Quevillonâs municipality. The Quevillon property consists of over 2815 individual claims covering an area of 150,163 ha.
