Jan Frykhammar has informed the board of directors of OX2 AB (publ) that he resigns as member of the board from July 3, 2023. Jan Frykhammar has notified the Board that he will be resigning for personal matters. Jan Frykhammar will also be leaving the OX2 Audit Committee.
