Pegasus Hava Tasimaciligi : Announcement regarding ticket changes due to the Coronavirus

In accordance with the new national restrictions imposed in England, France and Austria as part of the actions taken against Coronavirus:

Any passengers who need to change their travel plans to or from England, France or Austria can change their flight without paying a fee, including changing it to an open ticket for free, in accordance with the rules below:

- Passengers who purchased their tickets before the restrictions were announced (before 1 November 2020 for England, 30 October 2020 for France, and 15 November 2020 for Austria) can convert their ticket to an open ticket for free, or make changes without paying a change fee.

* Only those passengers whose departure or return flights are within the dates where the restrictions are in effect will be eligible for the change fee waiver:

Eligible flight dates (2020):

UK: 5 November - 2 December

France: 30 October - 1 December

Austria: 17 November - 6 December

** The new open tickets are valid for one year and when a new date of travel has been selected, passengers must pay any difference between the original fare paid and new fare (If the fare of the new flight is lower, Pegasus will not refund the difference.)

*** No change fee will be charged for ticket changes, but passengers must pay any difference between the original fare paid and the new fare.

**** All no-fee ticket changes, including converting to open tickets, must be made by contacting our call centre on 0850 250 67 02.
