The Management Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. ('Petrolinvest'), with reference to Current Report No. 23/2015 of 15 September 2015, announces that Conwell Oil Corporation B.V., a company with its registered seat in the Netherlands ('Conwell') - the buyer of 79% of shares in TOO EMBA YUG NEFT ('Emba') (the 'Transaction'), by letter of 29 October 2015 requested rescheduling settlement and closing dates of the Transaction from Petrolinvest to 31 December 2015.
