Providence Energy Operators, LLC completed the acquisition of 50% of certain oil and gas assets from PetroShare Corp. (OTCPK:PRHR) for for $2.5 million on December 22, 2016. The purchase price is subject to adjustment. The consideration was paid using the funds received from Providence for its 50% interest and a draw on the line of credit with Providence Energy Partners III, LP for the remainder.
