PhaLai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company Approves Dividend for the Year 2017; Provides Dividend Guidance for the Year 2018; Approves the Resignation of Nguyen Van Thanh as A Member of the Board of Directors

PhaLai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company approved dividend (25%/charter capital) of VND 801,532,635,000 for the year 2017, at its Annual General Meeting held on May 15, 2018.

For the year 2018, the company provided estimated dividend of 15%/charter capital.

The shareholders also approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh as a member of the BODs in the term 2016-2021.
