CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD COMMITTEES

The board of directors (the "Board") of Procurri Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr. Lim Swee Yong is appointed as Non-IndependentNon-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 9 November 2021.

Concurrent to his appointment as a Non-IndependentNon-Executive Director of the Company, Mr Lim is also appointed as a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
