PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced total revenue was IDR 3,284,795 million compared to IDR 3,066,077 million a year ago. Operating income was IDR 1,024,145 million compared to operating loss of IDR 1,488,988 million a year ago. Net income was IDR 255,849 million compared to net loss of IDR 2,115,527 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was IDR 3.62 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of IDR 29.97 a year ago.
PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk is an Indonesia-based company, which is engaged in property development. The Company operates in four segments: Holdco, Real Estate Development, Healthcare, and Lifestyle. Holdco segment serves as a cost center, encompasses companies involved in investment activities, as well as parent companies and subsidiaries of public entities. Real Estate Development segment comprises, among others, activities in real estate in urban development and development of facilities and its infrastructure, memorial park, town management and water sewage treatment, and real estate in large scale integrated development project and its infrastructure development. Healthcare segment comprises of health services. Lifestyle segment comprises, among others, activities in managing shopping center, hotels and restaurants, food business, recreation center, transportation and maintenance services, parking, consumer financing and management services.
