Appointment of 3 senior personnel at PVI Insurance Corporation

On the afternoon of May 2, 2024, Mr. Duong Thanh Francois, Chairman of the Members' Council of PVI Insurance and Mr. Pham Anh Duc, CEO of PVI Insurance chaired the ceremony to announce and award appointment decisions for important positions in the system of PVI Insurance Corporation.

Specifically, Mr. Tran Duy Cuong - Chief Accountant of PVI Holdings (the parent company of PVI Insurance) resigned from his position as Chief Controller at PVI Insurance. He was appointed for the position of Council Member of PVI Insurance for the remaining period of the 2022 - 2027 term.

Ms. Ha Lan - Head of the Supervisory Board of PVI Holdings was appointed Chief Controller at PVI Insurance for the remaining 2022 - 2027 term.

In addition, to consolidate and supplement personnel for the Executive Board, the Members' Council of PVI Insurance has approved the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Vu Tam as Deputy CEO of PVI Insurance Corporation for the 3 - year term. She concurrently holds the position of Head of the Economic and Planning Division until August 1, 2025.

Sharing at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Duy Cuong, Ms. Ha Lan and Ms. Nguyen Vu Tam pledged to do their best to complete assigned tasks.

"PVI Insurance is developing very strongly, consolidating the senior staff thereby will contribute to improving management and operating capacity, meeting maximum requirements of PVI insurance system management by international standards" said Mr. Duong Thanh Francois.

Mr. Pham Anh Duc congratulated the new senior leaders, especially the new Deputy CEO Nguyen Vu Tam. He emphasized that it is crucial for Ms. Nguyen Vu Tam to take advantage of her strengths and quickly set specific goals, clear directions, and appropriate solutions to coorperate with the Board of Directors to further promote the core values and advantages of PVI Insurance for sustainable development.
