PWR Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Roland Dane has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company, effective 1 March 2017. Roland has extensive automotive business experience in the UK and Australia. Roland was the founder of the Park Lane (UK) vehicle acquisition business in the UK some 30 years ago.
The company announced an interim dividend of 0.90 cents per share, fully franked, representing 50% of NPAT for the six months ended December 31, 2016, compared with 0.62 cents paid for the same period a year ago. The record date is 31 March 2017, and payment date will be on 7 April 2017.
