Marseille, March 16, 2015 - QIAGEN Marseille (Alternext - FR0010626028 - ALIPS) announces that its shareholders in extraordinary general meeting held today, voted in favor of the completion of the reorganization consisting of the contribution to HalioDx of all the assets and liabilities attached to its operational activities, with the exception of its intellectual property portfolio, research tax credit and cash assets.

Following this approval and in accordance with the Framework Agreement entered into on 6 February 2015 by QIAGEN Marseille, notably with HalioDxInvest and HalioDx (see press release dated 9 February 2015), the transaction was successfully completed in the form of a partial transfer of assets of the business contributed, followed by transfer of the securities received in consideration for the contribution.

The Board of Directors of QIAGEN Marseille has appointed Mr. Peer Schatz as CEO to replace Mr. Vincent Fert. Mr. Roland Sackers has also been appointed CFO.
