Hang Fat Ginseng Holdings Company Limited has appointed Wu Wai Leung Danny as Independent Non-Executive Director. The effective
date is February 29. The board also announced that Mr. Wu Wai Leung Danny has been appointed to be a member of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the company and that Mr. Yuen Chee Lap Carl has been appointed to be the chairman of the audit committee of the Company, both with effect from 29 February 2016.
