Quality Houses Hotel and Residence Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust, formerly Quality Houses Hotel and Residence Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund, is a real estate investment trust. The primary objective of the Company’s capital management is to maintain an appropriate capital structure in order to provide returns for unitholders in accordance with its establishment objective. The Fund operates through a single segment, namely rental of immovable properties. The Company owns three properties: Centre Point Hotel and Residence Petchburi (Pratunam), Centre Point Hotel and Residence Sukhumvit (Sukhumvit 10), and Centre Point Hotel and Residence Langsuan (Chidlom). It also focuses on investing in the Centre Point Hotel and Residence Silom, which has 214 rooms. The Company is managed by Land and Houses Fund Management Company Limited (the Management Company) and its trustee is SCB Asset Management Company Limited.
