   23 de agosto de 2021, conforme alterada, comunica que recebeu correspondência da
   Wellington Management Group LLP ("Wellington Management") informando que atingiu participação/exposição relevante, equivalente a 5,08% (cinco vírgula zero oito por cento) do total das ações preferenciais de emissão da Companhia.

(B3: RAIZ4) ("Raízen" or "Company") in compliance with Article 12 of Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM") Resolution No. 44, dated August 23, 2021, as amended, hereby informs that received a correspondence from Wellington Management Group LLP ("Wellington Management") informing that it has reached relevant stake/exposure, equivalent to 5.08% (five point zero eight percent) of the total preferred shares issued by the Company.
