FURTHER INFORMATION ON GARNISHEE ORDERS

Reference is made to the announcement of Real Nutriceutical Group Limited (the ''Company'') dated 16 September 2019 (the ''Announcement'') in relation to two Garnishee Orders. Unless the context requires otherwise, all the terms defined in the Announcement shall have the same meanings when used herein.

The hearings of the two Garnishee Orders were held on 3 October 2019 at the High Court of HKSAR. The Garnishees are The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited. Upon hearing the solicitors for the Judgment Creditor, the Defendant in person (i.e. the Company) being absent and the Garnishees being absent. The High Court of HKSAR ordered that both Garnishee Orders to Show Cause dated 16 August 2019 were discharged.

Shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares and other securities of the Company.
