Christopher J. Reed Announces the Resignation from Positions as A Member of the Board of Directors of Reed's Inc

Christopher J. Reed resigned from his positions as a member of the board of directors of Reed's Inc. and as a member of the operations committee of the board effective April 2, 2021. Mr. Reed continues to serve as Reed's Chief Innovation Officer. Effective April 6, 2021, the board of directors reduced the size of the board from seven (7) members to six (6) members, in accordance with Reed's Amended and Restated Bylaws in effect, to eliminate the vacancy created by Mr. Reed's resignation.

Reedâs Craft Ginger Beer line includes varieties with a mix of bottles and cans, including Reedâs Original Ginger Beer, Reedâs Premium Ginger Beer, Reedâs Extra Ginger Beer, Reedâs Strongest Ginger Beer, and others.
