AERO SHIELD Installed at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia

in Japan to Improve the Air Environment with Ultraviolet Rays

Remixpoint, inc. (Securities code: 3825; Headquarters: 3 -2-1 Roppongi, Minato -ku, Tokyo; President, CEO and Representative Director: Genki Oda; hereinafter, " the Company") is pleased to announce that it has installed AERO SHIELD at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Japan (hereinafter "Embassy of Indonesia"). The Company has been commissioned by eneforest Co., Ltd. to market, install, and maintain the device.

The number of new cases of COVID-19 continues to increase around the world, and the situation is becoming increasingly serious with no signs of containment in sight. Although various measures are being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Japan, there are concerns regarding a second wave of infection due to an upward trend in the number of new cases, and the situation remains unpredictable.

Under these circumstances, the Embassy of Indonesia considered the installation of AERO SHIELD with a heartfelt wish to create a safe and secure environment for visitors to the

embassy.

AERO SHIELD has been installed in an area inside the Embassy of Indonesia where more than 100 people apply for passports and visas on a daily basis . The area is susceptible to the "Three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings) depending on the time and conditions of the day. The area is also prone to high infection risks for embassy employees as well as for visitors.

Minister to the Embassy of Indonesia in Japan, Mr. Tri Purnajaya made the following comment on the installation of AERO SHIELD.

The spread of COVID -19 has reminded us of the importance and necessity of prevention measures against all kinds of infectio us diseases. We hope that the installation of AERO SHIELD will provide visitors to the Embassy of Indonesia with a safer and more reassuring environmentc.

And we would like to play a part in helping AERO SHIELD become recognized and considered for installation in the Republic of Indonesia as well, in hopes that AERO SHIELD will contribute to the health of many people in the country.

In the future, the Company will strive to contribute to infectio n control within the Republic of Indonesia through not only the sales of products, but also by such means as accepting technical interns from the Republic of Indonesia, providing knowledge and construction know -how for overall infection control solutions including layout, design and installation work of AERO SHIELD, and training local technicians to install AERO SHIELD and infectio n control solutions.

The Company offers one-stop services from consulting to installation and maintenance of AERO SHIELD in line with clients' requirements.
