Second Chance Properties Ltd. announced that Mr. Bobby Jayaraman will be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company with effect from December 18, 2012. Mr. Bobby Jayaraman will also be appointed as Chairman of Remuneration Committee, a member of Audit Committee and Nominating Committee.
