Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting Held on May 5, 2023

Date, Time and Location:On the 5th of May 2023, at 10 am by conference call, pursuant to article 16, paragraph 1, of the Company's Bylaws.

Convocation:Prior notice was waived due to the presence of all members of the Company's Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16, paragraph 5, of the Company's Bylaws.

Presence:The totality of the acting members of the Board of Directors of the Company, by conference call, as permitted by Article 16, paragraph 1, of the Company's Bylaws.

Minutes in Summary Form:Authorization was given to draw up these minutes in summary form, pursuant to article 130, paragraph 1, of Law 6,404, of December 15, 1976, as amended ("Corporate Law").

Day order:Examine, discuss and vote, in accordance with article 16, "aa" and " gg ",

of the Company's Bylaws on: (i) the election of the members of the Company's People, Management and Governance Committee; ( ii ) the election of the members of the Company's Finance Committee; ( iii ) the election of the members of the non-Statutory Audit Committee; and ( iv ) the election of the members of the Innovation Committee.

Deliberation:After reading, analyzing and discussing the matters on the Agenda, the following resolutions were taken, by unanimous vote and without any reservations:
