SCHEME BOOKLET DISPATCHED TO SHAREHOLDERS

Seymour Whyte Limited (ASX:SWL) ('Seymour Whyte' or 'the Company') announces that it will today dispatch to Shareholders the Scheme Booklet released to the ASX on 22 August 2017 and personalised Proxy Form for the Scheme Meeting in relation to the previously announced Scheme of Arrangement ('Scheme').

Seymour Whyte Shareholders who have nominated an electronic address for the purposes of receiving notice of meetings will receive an email containing links to the above documents. All other Seymour Whyte Shareholders will receive the Scheme Booklet and Proxy Form by post.

Seymour Whyte Shareholders should carefully read the Scheme Booklet as it includes important information that will help them make an informed decision about how to vote on the Scheme. The Seymour Whyte Directors continue to unanimously recommend that the Seymour Whyte Shareholders vote in favour of the Scheme Resolution at the Scheme Meeting, in the absence of a Superior Proposal.

Scheme Meeting

The Scheme Meeting will be held at 10.00am (Brisbane time) on Thursday 28 September 2017, at Morgan Room, Level 1, Christie Corporate Centre, 320 Adelaide Street, Brisbane.

All Seymour Whyte Shareholders are encouraged to vote either by attending the Scheme meeting in person, or proxy, or by attorney or (in the case of corporate Seymour Whyte Shareholders) by corporate representative. If voting by proxy, the proxy form must be received by the Share Registry by no later than 10.00am (Brisbane time) on Tuesday 26 September 2017.
