The SLC Agrícola S.A. (B3: SLCE3; ADR's: SLCJY; BLOOMBERG: SLCE3:BZ; Refinitiv: SLCE3.SA) ("SLC Agrícola"), announces to its shareholders and the market the shares buyback program, approved by the Company's Board of Directors on May 15th, 2023, and disclosed in Material Fact the same day, was concluded.
During the program, 5,000,000 (five million) of common shares were acquired, representing on this date 2.21% of the Company's capital stock.
As informed in the program opening, the shares will be held in treasury for alienation/cancellation.
