Aude Grant appointed Head of

Transactions and Business Strategy

Within the framework of the reorganisation of its Operations Division, SFL announces the arrival of Aude Grant as Head of Transactions and Business Strategy.
Aude Grant, a graduate of HEC, started her career in the Transaction Services division of Deloitte before joining the Foncière des Régions Group in 2006, where she occupied successive positions as Analyst, Portfolio and Acquisitions Manager and, most recently, Director of Asset Management and Investments for the office segment.
Within SFL, Aude Grant will report to Dimitri Boulte, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, and will make an active contribution to the real estate value creation strategy. She will manage the teams in charge of investments, leasing, marketing and arbitrage.

With an exceptional portfolio of properties valued at €4.1 billion including transfer costs, essentially located in the Paris Central Business District, SFL is a preferred vehicle for investors wishing to invest in the Paris office and retail property market.
