SOL Group: update on the investigation towards VIVISOL S.r.l..
With reference to the previous press releases dated 22 October 2022 and 3 November 2022, we inform you that, on 10 February 2023, following a specific and justified request presented by the company Vivisol S.r.l. and with the favourable opinion of the Public Prosecutor, the Preliminary Investigation Judge of the Court of Palermo revoked with immediate effect the provisional precautionary measure of the ban on contracting with the Public Administration, a measure which had been imposed on Vivisol and which had already been suspended last November 2, 2022.
The revocation eliminates any remaining obstacle to the full operation of Vivisol S.r.l. which confirms its complete trust in the Judiciary, certain that its extraneousness to the disputed will emerge from the continuation of the investigations.
SOL is an Italian multinational Group that operates in Europe, Turkey, Morocco, Brazil, India and China in two distinct main sectors: the production, applied research and marketing of technical, pure and medicinal gases (Technical Gases Division) and the Home Care Division.
