Pia Arrhenius appointed Sponda's Senior Vice President, Corporate Planning and
IR 

Pia Arrhenius (born  1968), member of property investment company Sponda Plc's
Executive Board, has been appointed Sponda's Senior Vice President, Corporate
Planning and IR. 

With the appointment, Arrhenius, who was previously Sponda's Senior Vice
President, Corporate Communications and IR, will take on expanded duties at the
company. Going forward, she will be in charge of Sponda's corporate planning in
addition to corporate communications and investor relations. 

The key aspects of Sponda's corporate planning are the strategy process and
planning the company's future operating models. The area also includes the
development of the customer experience process, the company's services and
property portfolio, and the corporate structure. The aim of Arrhenius'
appointment is to strengthen the company's long-term planning process and
insight into the future development directions of the business segments
highlighted in Sponda's strategy. 

Pia Arrhenius joined Sponda in 2003 and has been a member of the Executive
Board since 2009.
