On March 13, 2024, Summit Materials, Inc. (the "Company") made available an investor presentation titled "Summit Materials Investor Day 2024" through the Investor Relations section of its website (https://investors.summit-materials.com). The Company may use the investor presentation, which reiterates the Company's 2024 outlook and includes updates with respect to Company's integration with Argos North America Corp. as well as certain business and industry trends, from time to time in presentations to investors and other stakeholders.

Summit Materials, Inc. is a producer of aggregates and cement with vertically integrated operations that supply ready-mix concrete and asphalt in select markets.
