Sub: Restructuring Plan - Phoenix Lamps Division (PLD).
Further to our Press Release dated May 29, 2023, as a part of the above plan of Phoenix Lamps Division, Mr. Frank Klinkert, Managing Director of Luxlite Lamp S.a.r.l. has decided to step down with effect from August 31, 2023. Mr. Frank will continue to support his successor and serve as a Liquidator of Trifa Lamps GmbH until March 31, 2024. Suprajit places on record the immense contributions of Mr. Klinkert and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
Ms. Saliha Krich who currently Heads Sales and Marketing of Luxlite Lamp S.a.r.l. will be the Managing Director with effect from September 1, 2023. Saliha has strong customer relationships and business development capabilities. She has been with Luxlite for more than ten years. She will lead Luxlite Lamp and manage the export marketing activities of Phoenix Lamps Division under Mr. Akhilesh Goel, -Chief Operating Officer (COO) - PLD.
Mr. Akhilesh Rai, Director and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Suprajit Engineering Limited joins the Board at Luxlite Lamp S.a.r.l. along with Ms. Saliha Krich.
