Swiss Steel Holding AG publishes invitation to the Annual General Meeting

Swiss Steel Holding AG, a global leader in special long steel, publishes the invitation to the Annual General Meeting today, which will take place on May 23, 2024. In addition to the usual items, the agenda also includes the Board of Director's proposal for a reverse stock split at a ratio of 200:1. Details of this proposal as well as the proposed changes to the Board of Directors have already been announced by Swiss Steel Holding AG on April 29, 2024.
