Tama Home Co., Ltd. (TSE:1419) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 151,500 shares, representing 0.51% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock) for ¥500 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥3,300.33 per share. The purpose of the program is to strengthen shareholder returns and improve capital efficiency. The program will run until September 14, 2021. As of August 31, 2021, the company had 29,455,799 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 1 shares in treasury.
