TCLARKE PLC Appoints Mike Robson as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee and as Chairman of the Audit Committee

TCLARKE PLC announced that Mike Robson has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and joined the group on November 18, 2015. Mike qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has wide experience of audit, financial management and reporting gained at PWC and in industry. Mike has 23 years Board level experience in a range of business sectors and is currently a Director and partner of Azure Partners which offers strategic consultancy services to Directors and business owners.

Mike has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee and will serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
