Team, Inc. Announces Executive Vice President, Susan Ball, to Step Down, Effective November 12, 2021

Team, Inc. (‘TEAM’) announced that Susan Ball, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has informed the company of her intention to step down, effective November 12, 2021 for personal reasons. Ms. Ball has committed to continue her current role over the next six weeks and agreed to then serve as a financial advisor and consultant to TEAM to support an orderly transition process, including the search for her replacement. Ms. Ball joined TEAM in December 2018 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She played an important role as the company scaled up its OneTEAM program and was influential in helping TEAM overcome the many challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. TEAM has commenced a formal search for a new Chief Financial Officer, retaining a national executive search firm to support the process.

The Company offers its clients access to a full suite of conventional, specialized, and proprietary mechanical, heat-treating, and inspection services. The Companyâs segments include Inspection and Heat Treating (IHT) and Mechanical Services (MS). IHT provides conventional and advanced non-destructive testing services primarily for the process, pipeline and power sectors, pipeline integrity management services, and field heat treating services, as well as associated engineering and condition assessment services. IHT also provides non-destructive testing services and metallurgical and chemical processing services. MS provides solutions designed to serve clients' needs during both the operational (onstream) and off-line states of their assets. Its onstream services include a range of standard custom-engineered leak repair and composite solutions, and hot tapping and line stopping, and on-line valve insertion solutions.
