The Company named "TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A." (hereinafter the Company) following its announcement of 15.4.2020, 24.4.2020, 11.5.2020, 24.8.2020, 23.11.2020, 26.11.2020, 8.2.2021, 2.3.2021, 7.4.2021, 19.4.2021, 29.6.2021, 10.11.2021, 10.12.2021, 28.3.2022, 3.5.2022, 15.7.2022, 11.11.2022, 12.05.2023 and 17.04.2024 informs the investors that, that the third independent advisor KPMG Advisors Single Member S.A. (hereinafter KPMG) has submitted to the Company its final completion statement dated 30.04.2024. Based on this, €65.005.21 should be deducted from the total consideration of €168.885,57 for financial and other liabilities. Thus, the final sale price amounts to €103.880,36.

The Company thoroughly examines the independent consultant's finding and will promptly inform the investors for any status modification on this matter.
