Thai Nippon Rubber Industry Public Company Limited ( " the Company" ) is pleased to announce that at the Board of Directors' meeting no. 4/2022on 15 August 2022, the Board of Directors approved to pay interim dividend in respect of the net profit for the 6-month period ended 30 June 2022 under BoI certificate no. 1466(1)/2553 of Baht 0.20 per share (50% reduction of normal corporate income tax rate). The Record Date to entitle rightful shareholders who may receive the dividend will be on 29 August 2022 and the dividend payment will be made to shareholders on 14 September 2022.
