The AZEK Company Inc. reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended September 30, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was USD 388.81 million compared to USD 304.63 million a year ago. Net income was USD 42.64 million compared to net loss of USD 4.78 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.29 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.03 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.28 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.03 a year ago.
For the full year, sales was USD 1,370.32 million compared to USD 1,355.59 million a year ago. Net income was USD 67.96 million compared to USD 75.23 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.45 compared to USD 0.49 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.45 compared to USD 0.49 a year ago.
The AZEK Company Inc. is a designer and manufacturer of low-maintenance and environmentally sustainable building products for residential, commercial and industrial markets. The Company operates through two segments: Residential and Commercial. The Residential segment manufactures and distributes decking, rail, pergolas, outdoor structures, exterior trim, siding and accessories through a national network of dealers and distributors and multiple home improvement retailers providing geographic coverage. The Commercial segment manufactures, fabricates and distributes lockers and bathroom partitions. The Companyâs products include decking, railing, trim, porch, molding, pergolas, outdoor furniture, bathroom and locker systems. Its residential products brands include AZEK, TimberTech, VERSATEX, ULTRALOX, StruXure and INTEX, while the commercial products brands include Scranton Products, Aria Partitions, Eclipse Partitions, Hiny Hiders partitions, Tufftec Lockers and Duralife Lockers.
