This is with reference to our intimation dated April 30, 2024 informing that the Company has received a demand order under Section 73 of CGST/MGST Act, 2017 from the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, E-629,LTU-3, Mazgaon, Mumbai ('GST Authority') for payment of the amount of tax as determined, along with the applicable interest and penalty for the tax period April 2018 to March 2019.
Please note, in the enclosed annexure of the said intimation, due to some technical issue in the PDF file, there has been an overlap in the interest amount mentioned in tab SGST and the interest amount is not legible. Please note that the amount of interest in SGST tab be read as Rs. 4,66,127.
The revised table giving the particulars of tax, interest and penalty in the tab "Nature and details of the action(s) taken, initiated or order(s) passed" of the annexure of the said intimation is as under:
