Amendment of financial calendar

Brussels, 30 April 2024, 17:30 CEST - Titan Cement International SA (Euronext Brussels, ATHEX and Euronext Paris, TITC) announces the amendment of its financial calendar 2024 with regards to the date of publication of the 1st Quarter 2024 results. Q1 2024 results will be published post-market closing on May 8th, 2024 and not on May 9th, 2024 pre-market opening as it had been initially announced. The Company will host a conference call for analysts and investors on May 9th, 2024.
