Chloride Manufacturing Facilities

Toagosei Co., Ltd. announced today as follows that it has decided to expand its high-purity liquid hydrogen chloride manufacturing facilities at its Yokohama Plant.

Toagosei's high-purity liquid hydrogen chloride is widely used as a chemical used in semiconductor manufacturing because of its high quality and stable supply. Semiconductor demand is expected to recover in the second half of 2024. It is also anticipated there will be sustained growth in semiconductor demand over the long-term after that.
