Global Payments Inc. (NYSE:GPN) and Total System Services, Inc. (NYSE:TSS) have held talks about a potential deal, according to people familiar with the matter, Bloomberg said. They reportedly have held preliminary talks and have also discussed possible joint ventures and other ways that may fall short of a full blown merger, the story said.
