TOTM Technologies Welcomes New Chief Technology Officer

• Bryan Glancey will lead TOTM Technologies' engineering team, oversee development of new products and drive adoption of new technologies

SINGAPORE, 15 May 2023 - TOTM Technologies Limited. ("TOTM Technologies" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to welcome Mr Bryan Glancey as Chief Technology Officer. In his role, Bryan will lead TOTM Technologies' software engineering team, oversee development of software architecture and drive adoption of new technologies within the Group, effectively future-proofing TOTM's go-to-market teams as they enhance and refine the TOTM brand with corresponding products and solutions.

Bryan has been a serial start-up CTO for close to 3 decades. He has held leadership positions at Motorola Mobility (when it was owned by Google) and Samsung, and has formed several companies that achieved successful exits, including Mobile Armor, which was bought by Trend Micro, and Pointsec, which was bought by Checkpoint. Bryan has led 30 FIPS validations of Cryptographic modules, and 6 Common Criteria Evaluations including the first Mobile Device Fundamental Protection Profile - which he was involved in the creation of with Global Government INFOSEC agencies including NSA, BSI, CESG and others.

He has key-noted and presented at many key domain expert conferences, including multiple appearances at DEFCON and Blackhat Hacker conferences. His innovative security ideas have led to ten patent-pending software security solutions.

Mr. Glancey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Clarkson University where he has participated in research studies for the National Science Foundation, the US Air Force, and NASA.
