Cohju Corporation entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire 51% stake in ZE Energy Inc. from Traders Holdings Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:8704) for ¥1,597 on May 14, 2020. Traders Holdings will transfer 1,597 shares out of 3,131 shares to Cohju Corporation for ¥1 per share. Traders Holdings will hold 48.97% stake in ZE Energy after this transaction. Along with share transfer, Companies decided to transfer loans receivables of ZE Energy. Traders Holdings will hold ¥238 million and the remaining ¥3.07 billion will be transferred. As on May 14, 2020, Board of Directors of Traders Holdings resolved this transaction and it is expected to close on May 15, 2020.
